Make it

Private. — Luxury Private Event Planner Italy · Make it Perfect

The Italian art of producing extraordinary private events.

Some of the best things
we have ever made,
you will never see.
That was the brief.

For people,
not brands.

For twelve years, Make it Perfect has produced events for the world's leading luxury houses. This is the other side of what we do — the same quality, the same people, for private clients.

They know what we can build. They want it for themselves.

The scale changes.
The level of execution never does.

Every occasion.
One standard.

From an intimate dinner for twenty to a wedding celebration for five hundred.

01

Weddings

Private ceremonies and receptions designed with the same creative rigour we apply to global brand events. Venues closed to the world for a single night.

02

Private celebrations

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings of consequence. Occasions that are designed, produced, and remembered.

03

Exclusive dinners

Private dining in historic residences and spaces not normally open to guests. Gastronomy, lighting, service, and atmosphere as a single work.

04

Intimate parties

Private parties built on a concept. Live music, immersive environments, curated experiences. The energy of a brand activation for a personal occasion.

05

Destination events

Complete destination production: logistics, accommodation, transfers, and the full experience designed as a continuous narrative across multiple days.

06

Personal milestones

Christenings, coming-of-age celebrations, retirements, reunions. Occasions whose importance is personal rather than public.

We have never asked a client
for a testimonial.
We have never needed one.

Absolute
discretion.

No photographs of private events enter any portfolio, presentation, or record. All crew sign confidentiality agreements before briefing begins. Client names are never disclosed — to anyone, for any reason.

Zero history of leaks. We consider this the only metric that matters.

Italy is where we are from.
It is also one of the world's most extraordinary stages for private events.

Fatto
a mano.

We work with a network of Italian artisans and specialist suppliers built over twelve years. Nothing we use looks like it came from a catalogue — because it didn't.

Italian materials

Fabrics, florals, surfaces, and objects sourced from ateliers and producers who work exclusively in the luxury segment. Every material decision carries the weight of a creative choice.

Made, not rented

Tables, installations, lighting architectures, and set elements designed for the occasion and built specifically for it. Each event leaves behind something that only ever existed once.

The supplier network

Florists, fabricators, master carpenters, couture lighting designers, private chefs of international standing. The artisans are as carefully selected as the venues.

Personal to every detail

From the typography of the menu to the geometry of the flowers to the closing gift — every element is considered as part of a single, coherent experience. Nothing is generic. Nothing is repeated.

Italy and beyond.

We work in venues that are not on any public list — private palazzi, historic estates, villas accessible by introduction only. We know where they are. We know who opens them.

The same network built over twelve years producing luxury brand events — turned entirely towards your occasion.

Lake Como

Private villas, lakeside estates, historic gardens — the most sought-after destination for luxury weddings in Italy.

Tuscany

Renaissance palazzi, private wine estates, hilltop fortresses near Florence, Siena and the Val d'Orcia.

Amalfi Coast

Clifftop villas above Ravello and Positano. The most dramatic evening settings in Europe.

Venice

Private piano nobile on the Grand Canal. Island venues accessible only by private boat.

Rome

Historic noble palazzi, private gardens on the Palatine Hill, rooftop terraces with views no hotel can match.

Capri & Sicily

Private island estates, baroque countryside masserie, clifftop villas. Southern Italy at its most unrepeatable.

And wherever you are.

Our teams in Milan and Dubai produce events across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond — wherever the occasion requires.

Why Italy requires
someone who knows Italy.

Italy has no shortage of extraordinary venues. The difficulty is that most of them are not for hire through any public channel.

Private villas on Lake Como that host events do not advertise. The families who own them agree to open on the basis of relationships — relationships built over years, not a search query. The same is true of the historic palazzi in Venice whose piano nobile has never appeared in a magazine, the wine estates in the Val d'Orcia that are closed to event agencies, and the Roman gardens whose owners grant access once a year, to the right person.

We have been building those relationships since 2014. In twelve years of producing events for Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Bulgari in Italy — always in the finest venues, always at the highest level — we have developed a network of access that is not available through any other route.

Beyond access: events in Italy require permits from municipal authorities, coordination with superintendencies for heritage sites, and a working knowledge of the legal and logistical frameworks that govern large private gatherings. We manage all of it. For a client coming from abroad, this is not a detail. It is the difference between an event that happens and one that doesn't.

What working with
international clients looks like.

We start with a single conversation. No presentation deck, no catalogue of options. We want to understand the occasion, the people, and the non-negotiables. From that conversation, we build a proposal — venue, concept, production approach — specific to you, not drawn from a menu.

We manage the full production from that point forward. Venue acquisition, supplier contracts, permits, logistics, crew, and the event itself. For international clients planning from abroad, we are the single point of contact from initial brief to the morning after. You do not coordinate vendors. You do not speak to the municipality. You receive one update when there is something you need to know, and we handle the rest.

We have worked with families arriving from the United States, the Gulf, the United Kingdom, France, and across Asia. The process works in any time zone. Our team communicates in English. First contact is confidential. There is no obligation before you decide to proceed.

From the airport
to the last morning.

For guests arriving from New York, London, Riyadh, or Hong Kong, the event does not begin when they enter the venue. It begins when they land.

We coordinate private transfers from Milan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino, and Naples Capodichino. Helicopter access to Como, Portofino, and the Amalfi Coast. Private yacht arrival for Venice and Capri. Accommodation across multiple properties for guest groups of any size — buyouts of historic hotels, private estate accommodation, overflow managed as a single itinerary.

We produce the surrounding days as well as the event itself. Welcome dinners. Private vineyard visits. Museum access after hours. A three-day program in Tuscany, a weekend in Venice, a ten-day estate in Sicily — the format is determined by the occasion and the guests, not by a package.

Fifty professionals. Twelve years. This is what the capacity looks like when it is pointed at one family.

What people ask
before they write.

Can foreigners plan a private event in Italy with Make it Perfect?

Yes. We work with international clients from the US, UK, France, the Gulf, and Asia. All client communication is in English. We handle venue access, permits, logistics, and full production — from the initial brief to the day itself. You do not need to be in Italy to plan the event.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and what you do?

We are an event production company. We design and build the physical event — the space, the concept, the lighting architecture, the set elements — using the same creative team and supplier network we deploy for Louis Vuitton and Cartier. A wedding coordinator manages vendors. We build what they would coordinate.

How is discretion guaranteed?

All crew members sign individual NDAs before being briefed on any project. No photographs are taken without explicit client consent. Client names, guest lists, and event details are never disclosed to third parties or media. Private events do not appear in our portfolio, our social channels, or any public communication.

How far in advance do we need to engage you?

For major destination events — multi-day productions with 50+ guests — 12 to 18 months is ideal. For intimate dinners or smaller celebrations, 3 to 6 months is sufficient. For urgent occasions, contact us directly. We have produced events with 4 weeks' notice.

Do you handle venue sourcing, or only production?

Both. Venue identification, negotiation, and access are part of our service — particularly for venues that are not publicly available. Production is everything that follows: concept, design, construction, crew, logistics, and direction on the day.

Two hundred events a year.
All in luxury.

The private side of what we do exists because of the work we have done for brands. If you'd like to see it before we speak, it's here.
